Nadal is not the only one with more than 20 Grand Slams: three women achieved it before him

Rafa Nadal won his 21st Grand Slam this Sunday after beating Medvedev in the Australian Open and has become the tennis player in men's category with the most Grand Slam titles, breaking ties with Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer ( 20 each). But he was not the first: before him three other women have achieved this feat.

In all of history there are three representatives of this sport who have achieved the most Grand Slam than Rafa Nadal. The Australian tennis player, Margaret Court, with 24 of them is the player with more titles in this category. She is followed by the North American Serena Williams who has achieved 23 in total and also the German tennis player, Steffani Graff, with 22 Grand Slams.

11 times in your country

Court won the Australian Open a total than 11 times. Williams has achieved it 7 times and Graff has 4 under his belt. The other three Grand Slams, which are the Roland Garros, US Open and Wimbledon, also left great titles in the three most successful tennis players in the history of the Grand Slam.

At Roland Garros, Court, has 5 while Williams has achieved 3 and Graff 6. At the US Open is the North American that has the most prizes with a total of 6 titles while Graff and Court got 5. In the last of the Grand Slams, Wimbledon, Williams and Graff tie at 7 and Court got 3.
