On October 14, the official Twitter account for Shueisha’s Jump J-Books branch revealed the cover art for Chainsaw Man: Buddy Stories. The novel, announced last month, will release in Japan on November 4. Sakaku Hishikawa will pen the novel.
You can view the novel’s cover art below.
The cover features Denji and Power, with Power donning a deerstalker hat, often associated with detectives. This reflects the the novel’s theme of ‘buddies’, with Denji and Power’s story being about the pair playing detectives. In addition, the novel will feature two other stories; one about Himeno and Aki when they first met, and the other following Kishibe and Quanxi’s partner era.
